While this variety is often advertised as being sweet, we have always had it grow with some extra spicy 'kick'.
Our original supplier of the seed said this was due to stress during growing, but we still have the heat when the plants are not stressed.
Comparable to a hot jalapeno. More info on growth habit coming soon...
